Eigo-Tan: Seifuku Version

Here's my adorable moe gijinka Eigo-Tan. She's my personification of the English language... She usually wears a dress patterned like the British flag. This is a quickie sketch I made when I was not paying attention in that class. I took it home and added a splash of color on PS.
